Recently, Włocławek hosted a true celebration of esports – Pro Gaming Cup Włocławek 2025, which on September 27-28 brought together the region’s top players and numerous game enthusiasts at the State Academy of Applied Sciences. The tournament featured several disciplines, including EA FC 26, and offered additional entertainment for visitors. The total prize pool amounted to 20,000 PLN, underscoring the scale and significance of the event for the Polish esports scene. The EA FC 26 competition followed a best-of-three format and was played in live squads mode.

CyberLive!Arena arrived in Włocławek with a roster of six players: Majkel, zbiegu, Neerven, WyczeS, gaca_41, and Damie. They represented the organization with dignity, showing a competitive level of play and delivering plenty of thrilling moments for the fans. Special credit goes to Milosz “gaca_41” Gaca, who reached the final and claimed the championship title, as well as Damian “Damie” Augustyniak, who finished in fourth place.

The final turned out to be tense and dramatic. Since Kamil “Golan” Golański entered the decisive stage from the upper bracket, he started the final with a one-win advantage, meaning Gaca had to win two consecutive matches. The first match was evenly contested, with both players attacking actively and trying to control possession. In the 48th minute, Gaca opened the scoring, finishing a rebound after a tight defensive effort by his opponent. In the 73rd minute, Golan had a golden opportunity to equalize in a one-on-one situation, but Gaca brilliantly moved his goalkeeper to deny the shot and send it out for a corner. However, in the 84th minute, Golan broke through the defense and leveled the score at 1-1. It seemed the match would end in a draw, but in the 87th minute, Gaca launched a swift attack, cutting through the defense with a precise pass and scoring the winning goal. The 2-1 result tied the series.

The most anticipated clash came in the decisive match, where both players fought for the title. Gaca struck first in the 13th minute and doubled his lead in the 34th after a well-worked play and a refined combination, skillfully outplaying his opponent to go into halftime with a comfortable 2-0 advantage. In the second half, he continued to control the match, maintaining solid defense and using quick transitions into attack. In the 55th minute, Gaca scored on a counterattack to make it 3-0. Golan pulled one back in the 71st minute to reduce the deficit to 3-1, but the overall flow of the game remained under Gaca’s control. He sealed the victory in the 84th minute with a fourth goal, cementing his triumph. It was a confident and composed performance in which the winner dictated the tempo and stayed calm in crucial moments, securing the trophy.

Damie narrowly missed the podium this time. After losing to Gaca in the quarterfinals, he dropped to the lower bracket, where he faced Szymon “Błachu” Błachowiak but was unable to secure a win. Nevertheless, his performance in the tournament demonstrated a high level of play and competitiveness on the scene.

Pro Gaming Cup Włocławek 2025 proved to be an excellent challenge for the CyberLive!Arena players, giving them the chance to face the region’s strongest competitors and gain valuable experience. Participation in such an event not only motivates the team to pursue further achievements but also strengthens the organization’s ambitions on the esports stage.
